Hi!  We are Ben and Lacie Shingleton, and along with our four boys—Caleb (18), Josiah (17), Micah (13), and Jonah (6)—we’re proud to call East Tennessee home. In 2018, we made the move from Western Pennsylvania to the Smoky Mountains because of our love for this beautiful area and, most importantly, the people who make it special.

For more than 13 years, we’ve been homeschooling our boys, which has given our family a deep appreciation for flexibility, hard work, responsibility, and the importance of spending meaningful time together.

Our desire to serve others is at the heart of what we do. We believe a home is more than a building—it’s a significant financial investment, a place where memories are made, and a place where families should be able to relax and enjoy their time together.
